| People moved into Colorado for specific reasons. Some people came to Colorado to find gold and become rich. Others wanted land so they could build homes and businesses. Others came to make a living trapping furs. Regardless of why people came, depending on their reason the physical environment would dictate their success and their failures. It is important for us to understand how we as humans interact with our physical environment and what kind of impact we are leaving behind.
